Remote coaching for Agile teams has become increasingly popular in recent years, as more and more companies have adopted remote work policies. Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, are well-suited for remote work because they focus on daily communication, flexibility, adaptability, and continuous improvement. However, the shift to remote work can also present challenges for Agile teams, especially when it comes to coaching and mentoring.
