Product Increment

The product increment is a set of done and potentially shippable set of additional functionalities that have been integrated with the prior product increment.

The teams composing the Scrum of Scrums are responsible for a fully integrated set of potentially shippable increments of product at the end of every Sprint. The Chief Product Owner is accountable along with their associated Scrum of Scrums Masters for the efficient delivery of product increments according to the Release Plan. The Scrum of Scrum Master must work closely with the Chief Product Owner to deliver a potentially releasable product increment at least every Sprint. The Product Owner Team determines both the content of the release and the optimal time to deliver the increment to customers. The forecast of the delivery timeline of key Product Increments and capabilities is carried out as part of release planning.
