Agile coaching is a critical part of any Agile transformation. Effective coaches identify the needs of the organization throughout the transformation. They also keep team members, leaders, and stakeholders engaged. Most coaches have developed techniques for being effective in person. In the age of Covid, remote coaching has become more common. This new environment presents new challenges and considerations. Join us as we present a model for coaching agile teams in a remote setting.

Dr. Ernesto Custodio has over 25 years of experience working in the IT field. His experience includes Product Management, Software Development Management, Business Development Management, Project Management, Agile Coach, and Agile Trainer working with startups and Fortune 500 companies. His expertise includes Agile coaching, Agile transformations, and managing geographically dispersed teams. Dr. Custodio is a Certified Scrum@Scale Trainer (CS@T), Scrum Inc Trainer, Certified SAFe Program Consultant (CSPC), Certified Scrum Professional – SM and PO (CSP-SM/PO), and PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), holds an MBA and Ph.D. in Information Systems.
